What’s The Big List?
I’ve done it a hundred times. Let me know if this sounds like you…
Often, I’ll do a stretch of a few months where I’m really on point with my overall well-being. I’m eating clean, sleeping well, playing outside when the weather is nice and gymming it up when it’s not. I’m planning, prioritizing, and crushing my to-do list like a boss.
Then I get busy, and if I don’t check myself, I end up in a place where I’m just a hot mess. I stop being terribly discriminating about the sweets. I’ll stay up too late and wake up too early, but it’s all good as long as I keep the coffee flowing all day. My gym shoes are sadly neglected, my task list is piled high. I’ve made way too many PB & J sandwiches over the course of a week and at least some of them were for me.
And then I’ll try to do a complete life overhaul to get back into my groove, which is not the easiest thing to do. Overhauls are way too jarring. They don’t last long.
But I’ve found what works.
I came up with a list of 50 effortless, stupid-simple life boosts that I start working back into my days when I notice my grip slipping.
And I want to share my Big List with you!
Choose just one or two to try now, then keep stacking these small practices to feel a noticeable difference without having to do a big hairy life overhaul. These are quick, easy, and you pick what works for you.
